Welcome to The Shire of Trinovantia Nova, in the Kingdom of Ealdormere!

We are a local chapter of the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA).  our lands cover the city of London, Ontario, Canada and surrounding areas including notably St. Thomas.

The SCAN is an international organization dedicated to researching and re-creating the arts and skills of the Middle Ages.  For more information about the SCA, see the official website at:  www.sca.org

Some of our varied activities include armored combat, rapier combat, medieval Arts and Sciences, archery, renaissance dancing, and mead making. We host a few large events every year as well as doing demonstrations for schools in the area. Mostly, we have a lot of fun while learning more about the history of former times when life was simpler.

You can get involved in our group simply by contacting our Castellan or showing up to one of our bi-monthly meetings or other events. We are friendly and quite happy to see new faces!
